2. Delivery time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to once the order is placed. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
3. Area of Delivery
Deliany currently deliver within HCM city. Any change or update on Area of Delivery will be communicated publicly in Deliany Website and Facebook
4. Shipping fee
Shipping costs are based on the shipping distance from Deliany store to the recipient address and rounded to thousand digit. All delivery charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned at the checkout and the receipt.
Additional shipping charges may apply such as parking fee. Customers will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

5. In-store pickup
There is no shipping fee for In-store Pickup order. After placing an order and selecting Delivery Method as Pickup, the order will be prepared and ready for pick up at store. Please have order confirmation (showing confirmation email or order confirmation screen) when coming to pickup
