Exchange & Refund Policy

1. General policy

Deliany is committed to delivering quality goods and services, however we know there are times when product does need to be returned. 

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order due to one of below reasons: 

  • The packages are damaged or defective 

  • Wrong items or incorrect quantity. 

  • Received products are in disqualified condition or have unpleasant smell

Deliany will replace it or issue a refund if it is brought back within 1 hours.

No refund given, exchange offered or correspondence will be entered into for:

  • Change of mind

  • Products that have been opened or tampered with or are not in their original condition/

  • Incorrect orders made by the recipient

2. Return policy

For instances where product is defective, damaged or contaminated, you may contact us to request a return of your purchase within 1 hours. We only receive Returned products that are unused 

3. Exchange policy

In certain circumstances, you shall be entitled to exchange your product with the products provided they are of equivalent value.  Exchanges are subject to product availability. Incurred shipping fee will be paid by Deliany

4. Refund policy

Refunds are processed within approximately three (24) hours of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to your Momo Account or Your bank account or Zalopay.
Due to the wide range of personal taste preferences and food likes/dislikes, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are “not quite to your liking.”
