1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order.

2. Applicable Payment method

Applicable Payment methods in Deliany:

  1. Cash on delivery

  2. Bank Tranfer

  3. Online payment through Payme gateway, Momo, Zalopay.

3. ​Cash On Delivery (COD)

COD is available as a payment method for all items. COD orders will be paid in cash upon delivery. The rider will collect the cash payment from you. Please ensure you receive the receipt and pay the exact amount stated in the receipt. 

 

4. Bank Transfer

If you select Bank Transfer as payment method, you will see the payment details in the next screen after placing order which includes the information:

  1. Bank Account Name

  2. Bank Account Number

  3. Bank Name

  4. Transfer message

  5. Transfer Amount

You can easily copy these information by click on the info and paste it to your Online Bank app.

5. Online Payment

Online Payment in Deliany is proceed through PayME Gateway which includes the following payment method:

  1. PayMe Wallet

  2. Bank QR code

  3. Local ATM card

  4. International credit card

  5. Momo Wallet

  6. ​Zalopay

After placing an Online Payment, you will be redirected to PayME Gateway. You can select the method that's convenient to you and follow the PayME instruction to complete the payment.

Once you complete the online payment, your order will be automatically confirmed by Deliany and you can track your order status in the Tracking page.
